Abstract:Three-dimension digital model has been used in product design, but aviation and other typical manufacturing enterprise still use two-dimension engineering graphics as their basis. Therefore, this paper put forward an assembly MES based on 3D lightweight digital model to reuse product design data throughout assembly manufacturing process. In order to establish a paperless environment founded on master 3D MBD model, MBD technology has been introduced to build 3D assembly process information model. An assembly MES based on 3D lightweight digital model named MMMES has been founded in this paper and put though to apply in a aviation enterprise on a complicated product.
