Innovation on the Manufacturing Techniques of Rigid Coaxial Line

This paper introduces the improved process design for 90o coaxial transmission line used in a kind of radar system. The innovating method was adopted to instruct the process design of the parts. As results, the advantages of NC machining such as high efficiency and precision are suffieiently taken in this process, simultaneously, quality, cycle and cost of the products are take into consideration. The process has been put into practice and proved to be successful; therefore they can be made reference to in resolving the similar problems.
