基于自适应神经模糊系统的中频淬火控制系统设计研究

摘    要:介绍了自适应神经模糊控制技术在中频淬火控制系统中的应用,经Matlab仿真离线计算得出控制表,并给出了中频淬火模糊控制系统的DSP软、硬件原理框图.与常规PID控制器相比,模糊控制器在超调量控制、反应时间等参数上有更佳的控制效果.

Abstract:In this paper, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is introduced to the design of mid frequen cy quenching control system. The control table is presented by the ofbline simulation of Matlab, and schematic block diagrams of DSP software, hardware of the mid-quenching fuzzy control system is given. Results show that, compared with the conventional PID controller, fuzzy controller has a better control effect on reaction time, overshoot control and SO on.
