| 摘 要： | 从介绍办公自动化和协同办公概念入手,通过对安徽烟草OA应用现状的分析,就安徽烟草协同办公系统的目标和需求、设计思想、总体架构、功能特点进行了阐述和分析.给出了以预算管理为主线,优化业务流程和流程控制为关键点的协同办公模式,提高了安徽烟草各部门间的协同能力,增强企业的核心竞争能力.
