液化天然气 (LNG)用作车用燃料，具有储存压力低、能量密度高、行驶里程长、排放尾气更加清洁等优点，其安全、高效、经济、环保优势正越来越受到我国城市公交业界的青睐。液化天然气汽车（LNGV）在继承压缩天然气汽车（CNGV）优点的同时又克服了其先天不足，已成为天然气汽车的发展方向。为此，在说明2种车用LNG工艺的基础上，详细介绍了位于北京的我国第一个车用LNG示范项目的实施情况，包括LNG充气站和LNG公交汽车的运行情况，并对我国LNGV的发展应用前景进行了初步分析。

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) acting as fuel of vehicles has the advantages of low storing pressure, high energy density, long driving distances and clearer tail gas. Its merits of safety, high efficiency, low cost and friendly environment are more and more attracting the attention of the city public transportation sector in China. LNG vehicles keep the advantages of CNG vehicles as well as overcome their disadvantages. LNG vehicles have become the developing direction of gas-driven vehicles. Explained the 2 LNG techniques, the implementation situation of the first pilot project of LNG vehicles in Beijing is introduced in detail, including the operation situation of LNG filling station and LNG bus. Also, it is analyzed preliminary for the prospect to apply and popularize LNG vehicles in China.
