汽轮机叶片——叶轮系统耦合振动研究

摘    要:文中对汽轮机叶片-叶轮系统(轮系)耦合振动特性进行了理论和实验研究,首先介绍了一种简便实且的计算轮系振动特性的数值积分方法,此方法考虑了叶轮轮孔支承柔度,叶片和叶轮连接处的叶根柔度及离心力等影响轮系振劝的各种主要因素,给出了焊拉金和松拉金的处理方法,可供计算轮系振动的静,动频谱和相应的振型,其次,文中利用锤击对叶片一叶轮系统模型进行了模态发析和参数识别,得到系统各阶固有频率和振型,最后将理论计算结

Abstract:This paper proceeds the theoretical and experimental researches on the coupled vibration features of blade-blade wheel system(wheel system)for steam turbines.First of all,it introduces a kind of simple and practical numerical quadrature method for calculating the vibration characteristics of wheel system.This method considers various main factors influencing the vibration of wheel system such as the supporting softness of blade wheel hole,the blade root softness and centrifugal force at the joints of blades and wheel etc.;and gives out the treatment methods of solded shrouding wires and loose shrouding wires,and the static and dynamic spectra with corresponding vibration types available for calculating the vibration of wheel system.Secondarily,in this paper,the hammering method was utilized on the blade-blade wheel system model to proceed model state analysis and parameter identfication for obtaining the inherent frequencies and vibration types of various orders for the system.Finally,a more satisfactory result is obtained after the comparison between theoretically calculated results and experimental values.
