水淬磷矿渣制釉面砖试验

摘    要:本试验以工业废渣——水淬磷矿渣为主要原料配制釉面砖坯体。经反复调试配方,较好地解决了水淬磷矿渣坯体烧成范围窄,坯体发黄、坯体热膨胀系数过低的问题,生产出了符合GB—4100标准的釉面砖,并对坯体的组成,显微结构,烧结过程的化学反应及坯釉热膨胀系数进行了分析讨论,指出了水淬磷矿渣的适宜用量。有关生产工艺及配方可以指导生产。

Abstract:A body of glazed tile is made up by industrial waste--water--quenched slage of apatite as principal material in this experiment. The problems of narrow firing range, yellowing and too low thermal expansion coefficient for the body of quenched slage of apatite were better solved through adjusting and testing the compoundings repeatedly and the glazed tiles matched with the Standard of GB--4100 have been produced. In addition, the composition and microstructure of the body, chmical reactions in sinte-- ring process and thermal expansion coefficient of the body and glaze were discussed and analysed, and the proper amount of used quenched slag were pointed out. The tile production may also be directed by the compounding and the manufacturing proc-- esses concerned.
