| 摘 要： | 为探讨柠檬酸的毒性，进一步研究儿童饮料中毒的原因，对毒理实验受试小鼠采取柠檬酸灌胃30d，眼球取血，测定小鼠的血清谷丙转氨酶和血清钙、磷、糖的含量，证实了柠檬酸对肝脏的影响，结果还表明，不同厂家生产的柠檬酸毒性不同，有的属于低毒，有的属于无毒。

| Abstract: | The toxicity of the citric acid produced by different companies was studied in order to understand the reason for intoxication after drinking children beverages. After observing the effect of citric acid on the physiological parameters of mice with the standard toxicological experiments, it showed that the toxicity of citric acids produced by different companies are different, and the toxicity of some brands are not consistent with what the companies claimed. |
