| 摘 要： | 介绍北兴特殊钢有限责任公司在电炉-精炼炉-连铸-连轧"四位一体"的短流程特殊钢生产线上开发φ150mm管坯成品孔的孔型设计情况。生产实践表明,该产品开发获得成功,产品质量达到标准要求,成材率达98.96%,合格率达到99.96%。平均小时产量达到62.5t,最高小时产量达到100t。

| Abstract: | EAF-LF(VD)-Continuous casting-Continuous Rolling "4 in 1" short flow special steel Production Line at Beixing Special Steel Co.,Ltd were introduced.The pass design of 150mm bar were introduced.The final pass design were mainly introduced.The production show that the yield and percent of pass respectively reaches 98.96% and 99.96%,the product quality meet the demand of standard.Average hourly production reaches 62.5t/h,Maximum hourly production reaches 100t/h. |
