| 摘 要： | 通过试验发现,在车削过程中,动态切削温度随着刀具磨损的增大而上升。当刀具磨损较小时,动态切削温度随刀具磨损上升缓慢,当刀具磨损较大时,动态切削温度随刀具磨损上升速度加快。本文还在理论上对此进行分析。从而证明了动态切削温度可以用于刀具磨损在线监测。

| Abstract: | It is found through experiments that dynamic cutting temp- erature(DCT)increases with the increasing of tool wear in turning. Wken the tool wear land is small,DCT increases slowly with tool wear.Wken the tool wear land is large,DCT increases quickly with tool wear.This observation is analyzed theoretically in this paper. Therefore it is proved that DCT can be used as an aid for in-process tool wear monitoring |
