低周疲劳和蠕变交互作用下汽轮机寿命的计算方法

摘    要:本文论述了汽轮机寿命的计算方法;介绍了国际上的低周疲劳和蠕变交互作用下的致裂界限曲线;提出了致裂界限方程式,绘出了曲线。本文主线在汽轮机运行现场,采用部件的硬度变化,计算其对寿命的影响,把硬度归纳到计算公式中。

Abstract:This paper presents a method for calculating the life of steam turbine. The critical damage curve is introduced in this paper, which causes by the action of cumulative of low cycle fatigue and creep rupture. The curve is modified by giving a equation of the curve and depicting the curve. In steam turbine opration local, authors propose that the component hardness variation must be consider in calculating the life, and the equation must involve the hardness variation.
