摘 要: | 从安徽烟草和黄瓜上各分离到黄瓜花叶病毒(代号分别为CMV-AT和CMV-Cu),并把它们与7种来自其他植物上的CMV进行了生物学理化特性方面的比较。结果显示8种CMV分离物的寄主范围及症状、体外抗性、提纯、病毒粒体形态、亚基分子量及等电点,氨基酸组成和血清学反应均有差异,其中以CMV-AT在寄主范围及症状和体外抗性方面的差异为最大,N. glutinosa和N. clevelandii是CMV-AT的诊断寄主。

Abstract: | Some biological,physical and chemical properties of eight isolates of cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)which were separately named as CMV-AT,CMV-Cu,CMV-P,CMV-To, CMV-Be,CMV-Ca,CMV-B and CMV-D from tobacco in Anhui,cucumber in Anhui, potato,tomato,beet,cauliflower,begonia and dolichos in their given order had been compared.The eight viruses showed differences in host range and symptomatology, physicochemical properties in sap,purification,size and morphology,molecular weight and isoelectric point of peptide,amino acids and serology.CMV-AT was markedly different from the other viruses in host range and symptomatology and physicochemical properties of these properties.Nicotiana glutinosa L.and Nicotiana clevelandii L.were thought as diagnostic hosts of CMV-AT. |
