新型耐磨球墨铸铁的研究

摘    要:通过系统地研究以合金元素锰、辅加微量合金元素,取代贵重金属镍、钼、铜,采用不同于等温淬火的冷却方式,获得以针状组织(贝氏体+马氏体)为主,有一定量奥氏体的新型耐磨球铁。冲击韧度可达9.8J/cm{sup}2以上,硬度可达55HRC。在磨球生产上应用结果表明,耐磨性比中锰球铁磨球提高一倍,冲击疲劳性能比中锰磨球提高7倍,而生产成本与之相当。

Abstract:A new wear resistant ductile cast iron which contains mainly needle (bainite and martensite) and some austenite can be obtained by adding Mn and minor element instead of Ni, Mo and Cu, and by different heat treatment from austempering. The toughness is over 9.8J/cm2, and hardness is up to 55HRC. The results of the application on grinding ball production indicate that the performance properties of the new material ball is better than that of the medium manganese ductile ball. Especially the impact fatigue property is seven times higher than that of the medium manganese ductile iron ball. But the production cost is as low as that of the medium manganese ductile iron ball.
