聚丙烯滤材对某些烟气成分过滤特性的研究

经过对聚丙烯(PP)丝束和醋酸纤维(CA)滤嘴对卷烟总粒相物,水分、烟碱、一氧化碳、氢氰酸和酚类物质过滤效率的测定,认为两种滤嘴对总粒相物和二元酚的过滤效率基本相同.对一氧化碳和氢氰酸释放量的影响不大;PP滤嘴对烟碱和过滤效率比CA滤嘴高,一元酚的过滤效率低于CA滤嘴;三醋酸甘油酯的加入,提高了PP滤嘴对一元酚的过滤效率。 

The Study on the Filtration Efficiency of Several Tobacco Smoke Compounds by Polypropylene Filter

The filtration efficiency of total particulate matter,moisture,nicotine,carbon monoxide,hydrogen cyanide and phenolic compounds by polypropylene filter and cellulose acetate filters were determined.The deliveries of carbon monoxide and hydrogen cyanide by cigarettes with PP filters and CA filters are slightly different.The filtration efficiency of the total particulate matter and dihydric phenols by PP filters is fundamentally the same as that of CA filters.The filtration efficiency of nicotine by PP filters is higher than that by CA filters,while the filtration efficiency of monohydric phenols by PP filters is lower than that by CA filters.It is noted that the filtration efficiency of monohydric phenols by PP filters has been raised by the addition of the triacetine.
