摘    要:本文根据传热、扩散及相变理论基础,通过定量金相法研究了T10A钢的淬火加热过程。建立了钢的升温、奥氏体化、奥氏体中平均含碳量、碳化物溶解动力学的数学模型。为优化淬火工艺及计算机应用作了初步探讨。

Abstract:The author discusses T10A steel tenting process by means of quantitative metallographical method, according to theory of thermal transmission, transformation and diffusion Mathematical models of heating, austenting, quantity of carbon in matrix and kinetics of carbide dissolution are established Optimizing and controlling of hardening process by computer is primary studied.
