| 摘 要： | 分析了山西电网常规电源“两个细则”实施3年多来的情况，总结了“两个细则”实施取得的主要成效。结合山西电网电源结构特点和电力市场深化改革的方向，深入分析了常规电源“两个细则”相关规则在实施和管理中存在的问题，变提出了相关政策建议和发展方向。

| Abstract: | The situations of the two-implementing-rules, which has been carried out for the conventional power supplies in the Shanxi Grid during the past three years, have been analyzed in this paper. The major effectiveness achieved by the two-implementing-rules have been summarized. Based on the structural characteristics of power supplies in the Shanxi Grid and the direction of electircity market’s deepening reformation, the problems existing in both the regulations and the management practice of the two-implementing-rules for the conventional power supplies have been deeply discussed,and the related policies and future development have been proposed. |
