摘    要:提出一种利用“最大无功突变量”判断短路故障线路的方法.大型电力系统中,紧急控制所需采集的信息量多,对控制速度要求高,因此能够准确迅速地判定故障位置非常重要.具有多条出线的电网节点仅取用就地信息,通过以“最大无功突变量”为主判据、“最大故障突变电流”为辅助判据来判断短路故障线路,且不需要远端信息,独立性强.经PSASP仿真结果表明,本方法简单可靠、判断迅速、准确有效.

Abstract:A new method is applied to ascertain the fault line by using “maximum jump of reactive power”. In large scale power systems, emergency control needs lots of information, the operation of controlling must be fast, it is very important to ascertain the fault location immediately and accurately. At the multi line bus of power systems, we can ascertain the fault line by using “maximum jump of reactive power” as dominant judgment and “maximum jump of fault current” as assistant judgment. It needn′t remote signals and is very independent. The simulation results show that this method is simple and reliable, and to ascertain fault line quickly, accurately and effectively.
