烟气脱硫喷淋塔内部流场物性的数值模拟

摘    要:采用Fluent软件对1000MW脱硫喷淋塔的内部流场进行了数值模拟,考察了在120°双入口烟道形式下,不同入口角度θ对其内部速度场、温度场及压力场分布的影响。研究发现,入口角度θ为15°时,流场分布较均匀。

Abstract:The numerical simulation for the 1000 MW flue gas desulfurization spray tower for the internal flow field physical property were studied by fluent,in the form of 120° double-entry flue,the effects of different entrance angle θ to internal velocity field,temperature field and pressure field were investigated.It was founded that flow distribution was relatively uniform when the entrance angle was 15°.
