| 摘 要： | 绩效管理是一种十分有效的管理手段,目前在国内很多企业已得到广泛应用,但主要应用于企业管理者对员工的考核.文章通过探寻企业运作与核电工程项目大团队运作的相似之处,分析绩效管理的原理和良好实践、总结安全管理实践经验,探索建立针对核电工程施工企业安全业绩的评估体系,并运用AHP(层次分析法)多准则决笺问题方法计算相应指标的权重.

| Abstract: | As a very effectual management mean,the performance management has extensively used by many companies of China for staff assessment.The author explored the establishiment of the " Safety Performance Evaluation System" by finding out the similarities in operation between a company and a team of nuclear power projects.Then the author analyzed the principles of the performance management and good practices and summarized safety management experiences.The weight of the system index by using AHP method was calculated in this article. |
