摘 要: | 通过液滴阵列在毛细管内壁上制作探针阵列,然后将样品引入到毛细管内进行杂交检测。采用这一方法,能够显著减少制作成本、缩短分析时间,并降低对昂贵设备的依赖。

Abstract: | A method is reported here to prepare microarrays for generating probe droplet arrays in a capillary.Then a sample solution is introduced to hybridize with the probe array.With this method,the microarray can be conducted inside the capillary with low cost,fast detection,easy fabrication and less dependence on expensive instruments. |
