摘    要:钟祥市矿产资源丰富,是湖北省乃至全中国典型的磷矿资源型大市,2009年被批准为第二批资源枯竭城市。在概述钟祥市矿产资源开发利用历史和现状的基础上,阐述了其主要的矿山地质环境问题,针对性地提出了防治措施。为建设绿色矿山,保护地质环境,统筹兼顾矿产资源开发和地质环境保护,为钟祥市矿产资源经济可持续发展和和谐社会建设提出了一种项目联动机制的新思路。

Abstract:Zhongxiang City,rich in mineral resources,is typical phosphate resource-based city.It was approved as the second batch of resource-exhausted cities in 2009.The authors summarize mineral resources development and utilization on the basis of the history and current situation,expound its main mine geological environment problems,and propose control measures.New idea of project linkage mechanism for the construction of the green mines,protection of geological environment,balanced development of mineral resources and geological environment protection is proposed.
