摘    要:针对KS—1井存在的多套压力系统、各层压力系数相差大及地层渗透性好的特点,在分析四次压差卡钻原因的基础上,探讨了解决该井易发生压差卡钻问题的方法。经过室内及现场试验证明,用屏蔽聚磺钾钻井液效果最好,此种钻井液抑制性、屏蔽防透性、润滑性及流变性等各相关性能都较好,从而有效地解决了KS—1井因超高压差发生卡钻的难题。

Abstract:Keshen - 1 well is a special inspecting well in south Xinjiang area . It exists complex pressure system . Polymer potassium mud with shielding property is adopted to dealing with the serious differential pressure stuck pipe problem encountered in Keshen-1 well.
