| 摘 要： | 燃煤气化室或加热炉是一种燃煤气化后二次燃烧的加热炉型,具有良好的节能效果,可作为反磐专业户等燃煤室式炉的替代炉型。本文论述了燃煤气化的工艺过程,从理论上分析计算了工件加热室的炉膛温度及炉温的调控措施,并以生产运行的实践数据论证了其节能技术的先进性和效益的显著性,展望了其可作为节能降耗、减污增效先进工艺设备推广的广阔应用前景。
