摘    要:20世纪90年代引进的离子调整剂水体改性技术在各油田推广应用后,提高了油田注水效果,使腐蚀问题也得到了控制。但随之而来的问题是污泥产出量大,管道内结垢严重,导致管网运行效率下降。2001年,中原油田开始采用二氧化氯污水处理技术,与石灰悬浊液及XY除铁剂共同使用,使油田污水pH值由8.0-8.5下降到7.0-7.5,使污泥产出量减少了40%,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:When the water body modification technology using ion adjustment agent was licensed and applied in the oil fields in 1990s,the result of water injection was improved and corrosion was under control.The employment of the technology also brought the production of large amount of waste sludge,severe piping fouling and deterioration of pipeline network operation.When Zhongyuan Oil Field began to use chlorine dioxide to treat the waste together with lime suspension liquid and XY demetalization agent in 2001,the pH of waste water has been reduced to 7.0-7.5 from 8.0-8.5, and sludge production has been decreased by 40 % .Good social and economic benefits have been obtained .
