| 摘 要： | 根据某煤矿的现场情况和对井下变电所的监控要求,分析了该变电所使用的DP400型智能综合保护器的Modbus-RTU协议以及该综合保护器在PLC控制器中的控制流程,设计了基于Modbus-RTU协议的井下变电所监控系统。该系统选用S7-300 PLC在Modbus-RTU协议下读取智能综合保护器数据,并通过工业以太网完成PLC与上位机的通信,实现井下变电所的远程监控。该系统经现场运行,情况良好,性能稳定,监控效率高。

| Abstract: | According to the circumstances and the monitoring requirements of underground su bstation in coal mine,analyzes the Modbus-RTU protocol of DP400 comprehensive protector and the control process of comprehensive protector in the PLC,then de signs a monitoring system for the underground substation based on the Modbus-RT U protocol.The monitoring system selects S7-300 PLC as the controller to read the data and utilizes the industrial Ethernet to implement communication of the PLC and supervisory computer,which achieves the remote monitoring for undergrou nd substation.The system has good running state,stable performance and high mo nitoring efficiency by on-spot operation. |
