| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于CMOS技术的新型彩色图像读取传感器芯片及其内部工作机理：在读取彩色图像信息时，该芯片可以改善因为R，G，B各色读取领域的不同而导致的颜色再现性差问题，并且具有读取速度快的特点。可以读取黑白图像信息，黑白图像信息的读取密度是彩色图像信息的读取密度的2倍，黑白图像信息的读取速度是普通读取黑白图像信息芯片的2倍。

| Abstract: | Introduced a kind of new type core of color reading image sensor chip base on CMOS technology and its internal theory.When reading color image sensor,the chip may produce performance difference problem of color appearing as of perfecting R,G,B each color reading score difference and has the characteristic of reading fast.The chip may read black and white image information.The reading density of black and white information is twice than reading density of color image information.The reading black and white image information chip. |
