框架-核心筒结构中框架柱的合理设计

摘    要:为了探讨框架-核心筒结构的框架、尤其是框架柱位置设计的合理性,以某实际工程为例,通过对该工程框架-核心筒结构的3种方案进行比较,结果表明,外框架柱与内核心筒直接由框架梁连接,并形成一榀框架一剪力墙双层抗侧力体系的结构受力最好;靠近核心筒内走廊放置框架柱,使主要承受水平力的核心筒受轴力减少而产生拉力,其结构受力较差,对抗震不利.在设计框架核心筒结构时,应尽量避免在外框架和内核心筒之间设置框架柱,如果一定要设置时,应距核心筒较远的位置设置,使核心筒尽可能承受较大的轴力,有利于抗震.

Abstract:In order to discuss the framework of framework-core cylinder structure,especially the reasonability of framework pillar position design,taking a project as an example,this study compare 3 framework-core cylinder structure schemes,the result shows that the best structure stress mode is external framework pillar and internal core cylinder connected directly by framework beam,and to form a structure of framework-shearing wall double deck anti side force system.On the other hand, the bad structure stress mode is that the framework pillar put near to the internal core cylinder cause the main horizontal force stress,core cylinder cause a pull force as the axial force decrease,it is harmful for earthquake-resistance.So,structure design of framework core cylinder must avoid put framework pillar in between of external framework and internal core cylinder as much as possible,if it is must,the pillar should be put to the position far from the core cylinder to make it has axial force as large as possible,as well as favor for earthquake-resistance.
