摘    要:桥头铝电5×125 MW机组锅内采用磷酸盐处理工艺,存在汽水品质劣化、药品消耗大、排污率高、热力系统结垢等弊端。2007年6月采用低磷酸盐处理工艺后,彻底改善了上述情况,取得了良好的经济、社会效益。

Abstract:At one time,Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum and Electricity Plant adopted phosphates treatment process in 5×125MW units' boiler,it existed defects such as inferior steam-water quality,large consumption of chemical medicine,high blowdown percentage and thermal system scaling etc.In June of 2007, it adopted low phosphates treatment process,the above-mentioned problems have been completely improved,and it obtained favorable safe,economical and social benefit.
