压裂管柱砂卡及组合解卡工艺技术在江苏油田的应用

摘    要:在压裂施工中经常会出现压裂管柱砂卡现象,以往的处理方法很难奏效。结合现场实际,分析压裂管柱砂卡原因,总结出了压裂管柱砂卡及组合解卡工艺技术。在压裂管柱砂卡后,合理运用该方法有效地解决了现场生产难题,不仅可以加快修井施工速度,而且还缩短了修井周期,降低了生产成本。实践证明该方法可行、有效。

Abstract:Sand jamming usually occurs in the process of fracturing operation. Through analyzing the reasons of sand jamming of fracturing string and combining with the field operation, this paper sums up the releasing stuck technology which can solve the field operation trouble effectively after sand jamming. The workover period can be shortened and the operation cost can be cut by using this technology. Field application shows this method is feasible and effective.
