硫酸盐废水生物处理工艺研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外硫酸盐废水生物处理工艺的沿革和最新进展.20世纪90年代前国际上大多采用单相厌氧工艺处理硫酸盐废水,但常常运转失败.多数研究针对此问题,探讨硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对产甲烷菌(MPB)和其他厌氧微生物的初级抑制作用和次级抑制作用机制以及改进措施.90年代以后,国内外开发出多种硫酸盐废水生物处理新工艺,重点介绍了单相吹脱工艺、硫酸盐还原与硫化物光合氧化联用工艺、硫酸盐还原与硫化物化学沉淀联用工艺、生物膜法工艺、两相厌氧工艺、两相厌氧与硫化物生物氧化联用工艺等.简述了每种工艺的要点和研究成果.同时,提出了进一步提高硫酸盐废水处理工艺效能的要点.

Abstract:The evolution and the latest development of the sulfate wastewater's biological treatment technics at home and abroad were summarized. Before 1990s the single-phase anaerobic technics was widely used in treating sulfate wastewater in the world, but the treatment always run unsuccessfully. The mechanism of the primary and sub inhibitive effect on methane-producing bacteria and other anaerobic microorganisms caused by sulfate-reducing bacteria was discussed in most studies and the improving measures were discussed too. After 1990s, kinds of new technics of biologically treating sulfate wastewater were developed. The following processes such as single-phase anaerobic reactor plus gas-lift process, sulfate-reduction plus sulfide photosynthesis oxidation process, sulfate-reduction plus sulfide chemical precipitation process, bio-film process, two-phase anaerobic process, two-phase anaerobic process plus sulfide bio-oxidation process etc. were emphatically introduced and the key points and experimental results of each process were briefly introduced. The points of further improving the efficiency of bio-treatment of sulfate-laden wastewater were given at the same time.
