摘    要:本文提出一种实用的工业PI或PID调节器的最优整定计算方法.它既是一种调节系统的理论整定计算方法;又可用于计算机控制系统的闭环辨识和在线整定.这个方法基于利用Чебышёв级数对调节系统扰动特性作近似反演,进而导出各种性能指标的近似复域形式来进行参数优化.因此对于具有高阶模型的被调对象,尤有工程实践意义.

Abstract:This paper presents a new practical method for PI or PID industrial regu-lator optimal adjustments.This method is well feasible for off-line theoreticaladjustment of a control system and provided for closed loop identification withon-line regulator tuning.The proposed algorithm is based on approximationinversion of s-domain disturbance property of a control system by shiftedChebyshev's series.The PI or PID regulator parameter optimization usings-domain approximation representation of time-domain performance index of acontrol system is exclusively discussed with an example of using the algorit-hm.The introduced method is proved convenient to industrial process withhigh-order mathematical model.And it has both theoretical and engineeringsignificance.
