ONP熟化过程中浆液体系表面活性的变化及其对脱墨效果的影响

摘    要:通过考察在旧报纸(ONP)化学法脱墨熟化过程中脱墨浆液体系的泡沫稳定性、起泡力和接触角,探讨了这些表面活性特性参数的变化规律,同时分析了它们与脱墨浆残余油墨尘埃度及白度的关系。结果表明,脱墨浆液体系的泡沫稳定性、起泡力和接触角随熟化时间的延长有规律地变化,并且这些参数与脱墨浆的性能之间存在着一定的关联性。3种表面活性特性参数对脱墨浆残余油墨尘埃度和白度值的影响程度依次为接触角〉起泡力〉泡沫稳定性。

Abstract:Experiment was carried out to study pulp slurry surface active parameters in ONP deinking chemi-aging process.The analyses of the surface active parameters were based on the measurement of foam stability,foam originated ability and contact angle of pulp slurry.At the same time,the relationship of parameters and DIP properties was also analyzed.The experimental results showed that foam stability,foam originated ability and contact angle of pulp slurry changed regularly and had a relationship with DIP properties.Among three parameters,the sequence of influence on the deinking results was contact angle>foam originated ability>foam stability.
