摘    要:采用SHIFT—G反向催化剂级配技术对固定床渣油加氢催化剂级配进行优化,中型试验和工业应用结果表明,优化装填后的催化剂级配体系消除了影响装置操作周期的不利因素,合理地分配了反应负荷,有效地改善了加氢产品性质,延长了工业装置运转周期,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:SHIFT- G technology of inverse catalyst loading is used to optimize the catalyst grading of residue hydrotreating. The results, taken from pilot tests and commercial units, showed that optimized catalyst grading system has reasonably distributed reaction load, effectively improved the properties of hydrotreated products, prolonged the running cycle and promoted economic benefit.
