| 摘 要： | 论述膏体的流变特性，管流性态和参数测定，分析管道自流输送系统的工作状态，指出系统的工作倍线、膏体的流变特性和管径是表征自流输送系统的特征参数。提出管道减压的简便方法，介绍表达管道磨损经验公式以及降低磨损的措施。

| Abstract: | The rheological characteristics,pipe flow pattern of the paste and determination of its rheological parameters are described as the basis for design of a pipeline transportation system The flow of the paste in a self flowing pipeline system is analyzed and it has been indicated that the ratio of pipeline length to differential height of the pipeline,rheological properties of the paste and pipe diameter are the key parameters of the self flowing pipeline system A method for reducing the pressure in pipeline is presented and discussed An empirical formula expressing pipe wear rate and approach to increase pipe work life time are introduced as well in this paper |
