TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆Ni包WC复合涂层研究

摘    要:为了提高钛合金的耐磨性能及使用性能,采用激光熔覆法在TC4钛合金基体上制备了Ni与WC混合粉末涂层,研究了不同WC添加量对熔覆层的物相组成、显微组织、硬度及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,三组不同的熔覆材料经过激光熔覆后,都可以使材料表面硬度和耐磨性能较基材大幅度增加。但是随着WC含量的增加,熔覆层均匀性降低,出现小颗粒的WC团,并且组织开始多样化,且硬度分布均匀性也有所下降。

Abstract:In order to improve the wear resistance and usability of titanium alloy,coatings on the surface of TC4 titani-um alloy were prepared by the laser cladding method with Ni and WC mixed powder. The effects of different WC addition on the phase composition,microstructure,hardness and wear resistance were studied. The results show that the three different groups of cladding material can all substantial increase the surface hardness and wear resistance after laser cladding. But with the increase of WC content,uniformity of the cladding layer is reduced,small particles of WC appears,and microstructures begin to diversify,and uniformity of the surface hardness is also reduced.
