基于H.264的远程监控系统的设计

摘    要:为摒弃传统监控终端各自为战的弊端,在简要介绍了H.264技术的基础上,描述了一种新型远程监控系统的设计与实现。采用软件协调多个监控终端动作的相互配合,大大减少了单位空间内监控终端的布局数量。并且该系统具有对运动目标进行实时、可靠智能跟踪的特点,通过用户的设置,系统可以达到无人值守的全自动、不间断监控的目的。同时,设计过程中涉及到的方法也可以对安防和自动跟踪等方面起到借鉴作用。

Abstract:The design and implementation of the new monitored system are discussed in detail after a brief introduction of H.264.The system uses the software to realize the corporation of different ordinary,high-speed globular video cameras and it is different from the traditional self-work model of each video camera.The system can decrease the number of video cameras sufficiently for the fixed space.And it has the characters of full digital and intelligence,and the ability to carry on real-time and reliable track on the moving object.So under users' setup,the system can achieve the destination of full automatic and continuous surveillance without interference.And the methods used in the system can be the refer- ence for security and automatic tracking system.
