热管散热半导体制冷系统的实验研究

摘    要:半导体制冷利用半导体材料的珀尔帖效应来实现,不使用压缩机和制冷剂,且不存在噪声和制冷剂污染环境的问题。半导体制冷系统的性能好坏与热端的散热条件有直接关系,为改善热端散热条件,研制了1台热管散热型半导体冷箱。通过性能测试实验,确定了半导体制冷系统的最佳工况,并比较热管散热、风冷散热和水冷散热方式对系统制冷性能的影响。实验结果表明:热管散热是半导体制冷系统的最佳热端散热方式。

Abstract:Back Propagation (BP) neural network was proposed to establish a mathematical model for predicting the functional relationship between outputs ( NOx emissions & overall heat loss of the boiler) and inputting ( operational parameters of the boiler) of a coal-fired boiler. A number of field test data from a full-scale operating 300MWe boiler was used to train and verify the BP model. Then, BP model and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) were combined to gain the optimal operating parameters which lead to lower NOx emissions and overall heat loss boiler. The NOx emissions & overall heat loss predicted by the BP neural network model showed good agreement with the measured, the optimization results showed that hybrid algorithm by combining BP neural network and NSGA-II could be a good tool to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization of a coal-fired combustion, which could reduce NOx emissions and overall heat loss effectively for the coal-fired boiler.
