加入纳米金刚石对铜基体上 Ni-P 化学镀层性能的影响

摘    要:为增强化学镀Ni-P镀层的性能,以纯铜为基体,在镀液中加入纳米金刚石,共沉积Ni-P/纳米金刚石复合镀层,研究了纳米金刚石的加入对镀层性能的影响。结果表明:纳米金刚石质量浓度为12 g/L时,获得的镀层质量较好;纳米金刚石的加入大大提高了镀层的摩擦磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Adding nano-diamond in the plating solution, Ni-P / nano-diamond electroless coating was prepared on copper using electroless plating technology. Properties of the coatings can be improved by incorporating nano-diamond in the nickel plating. The effects of incorporating with nano diamond on properties of Ni-P composite coating were investigated. Research results show that the coating quality is better when the diamond concentration is 12 g / L. The incorporation nano-diamond improves the friction and wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating.
