| 摘 要： | 没有现代化的信息管理，没有公共物流信息平台，就没有现代化的物流服务。该文对公共物流信息平台进行了介绍．阐述了公共物流信息平台规划与设计的原则，并设计了公共物流信息平台的基本功能模块及扩展功能模块，以期有助于公共物流信息平台建设的科学性和合理性。
