摘    要:研究了不同热处理制度对TiNiAl合金的形状记忆恢复率的影响,得出了适宜的时效处理温度和时间.通过对合金相转变温度的测定发现Al的加入大大降低了TiNi合金的相转变温度,合金的成分对其相转变温度具有重要的影响.对合金的应力-应变曲线的测试表明其具有良好的超弹性效应.

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of different heat treatments on the shape memory recovery rate of a TiNiAl alloy was studied and suitable aging temperature and time were given out. According to the measurement of the transformation temperature of the alloy, it was found that the transformation temperature of TiNi alloy was greatly reduced with the adding of Aluminum element. This phenomenon enhanced the very importance of the chemical composition on the transformation temperature of the alloy. The stress-strain curves of the alloy indicated that the alloy had a good appearance of superelasticity.
