| Abstract: | Super high-rise buildings, as an urban phenomenon, is a result of a long-term changing and abstract process of politics and economics. This article discusses the urban significance, the planning and design and the public policy of the super high-rise buildings from the economic attribute, property attribute and public policy attribute of the buildings＇ altitude. |
