彭水水电站施工总体布置设计

彭水水电站规模较大,项目较多,施工工期紧.施工总体布置要依据控制性分年施工计划、坝区移民、征地以及国家和当地经济发展总趋势等,对有限的资源在时间、空间上进行合理、有序的组织,对大型水电工程文明施工进行新的探索.施工总体布置以右岸为主、左岸为辅,生产区与生活区相对分开,共分6区:即左岸上游关溪沟施工区,右岸替溪沟施工区,右岸鸭公溪施工区,右岸上游过坝转运区,右岸三斧沱码头区,彭水县城过坝码头区.

The construction of Pengshui hydropower station is characterized by its large scale,many construction items and urgent construction period.The construction site general layout should be designed in accordance with the annual control construction plans,the resettlement and land requisition in the dam area,the general trend of state and local economic development,etc.,with limited resources reasonably and orderly organized in time and space to further probe into the civilized construction of a large-scale hydropower project.The construction site layout of Pengshui hydropower station takes the right bank as a primary construction area and the left bank as a secondary one,with the production area relatively separated from the living area,including 6 construction zones: left bank upstream Guanxikou construction zone;right bank Tixigou construction zone;right bank Yagongxi construction zone;right bank upstream transshipment zone;right bank Sanfutou wharf zone;Pengshui county town wharf zone.
