液磁增力离心式离合器

摘    要:介绍了采用液压及电磁增力的离心式离合器,说明了其工作原理,给出输出力和输出转矩、接合角速度和接合转速。额定角速度和额定转速、弹簧最大工作载荷的计算公式。其结构紧凑,输出转矩的能力提高非常显著,将离合器设计作为设备电控系统子系统综合考虑是研制发展的方向。

Abstract:The centriful clutch with hydrenlic pressure and electromagnetism is in troduced.It's operation proinciple is explained.The calucla-tion formaulas of out put force and driving torque, joint andgular velocity and joint speed, rated angul ar velocity and rated speed and maximum load of spring are given out. Its structure is compact. It can greatly inmprove the abilities of driving torque. Considering the clutch as a subsystem of the equipment's computercontroled sytem is its manufacturing and developping trend.
