摘    要:介绍了AGM隔板对构成其基体的纤维性能要求,玻璃微纤维的优点,玻璃微纤维生产的两种主要方法和两种方法生产的玻璃纤维在AGM隔板中的应用状况。通过对比两种方法指出AGM隔板用玻璃微纤维的发展方向,提出火焰牵伸法生产的玻璃微纤维必须关注产品的强度和离散度,而离心喷吹法生产的玻璃微纤维尽管有强度低的缺点,但由于其能耗低和纤维均匀性好等优点,部分替代火焰法生产的玻璃微纤维在隔板中应用是必然趋势。

Abstract:The performance requirements for fiber substrate by AGM separators, the advantages of glass microfibers, their manufacturing technologies and their application in AGM separators are elaborated. By comparing the two technologies, this paper states that the microfibers produced by flame attenuation process must be improved in strength and diameter dispersion, while the microfibers produced by rotary process, despite lower strength, have advantages of low energy consumption and good fiber uniformity and are bound to replace flame-attenuated microfibers partly in AGM separators.
