| 摘 要： | 水利工程行业QC小组活动能够运用新技术、新工艺、新方法有效地解决水利工程勘测、设计、施工、监理等各个设计阶段存在的技术质量问题,对技术创新,提高产品科技含量,确保水利工程建设质量起着很重要的作用.PDCA循环是QC小组活动最基本的工作方法,针对活动过程中各阶段、每步骤存在的问题,提出一些改进建议和注意事项,以提高QC小组活动的规范性和有效性,使其更好地为水利工程建设服务.

| Abstract: | The Activities of Quality Control(QC) Team can settle the technical quality issues of water resources works existed during the period of surveying,design,construction and supervision for the water resources works,using the new technology,technique and method.Meanwhile,it also plays an important role in technical innovations,raising technical level of the products and ensuring quality of water resources works.PDCA cycle is the basis working method of the activities of QC Team.In this article,in order to improve standards and effective result of the activities of the QC Team,the writer brings forward some better suggestions in view of the issues existed in each stages and each steps.The above suggestions would offer better service for the water resources works. |
