喷射火焰环境下液化气容器的热响应

摘    要:利用PLGS数值模拟程序,引入喷射火焰环境下的容器外部边界条件,对盛有丙烷的水平圆柱体在喷射火焰环境下的热响应进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,为有效防止液化气泄漏、容器爆炸及火灾事故提供必要的理论依据。

Abstract:Based on Pressure Liquefied Gas Simulator (PLGS),a mathematical model which described thermal response of LPG tanks exposed to jet fire was developed in this paper.This model is capable of simulating thermal response of a long horizontal cylindrical tank partially filled with propane exposed to jet fire,and it has been validated by comparing its predictions with the results of some fire tests.This model will be helpful for studying and solving the safety issues in the transportation and storage of LPG.
