| Abstract: | In globalizing era, urban competition is becoming more and more obvious. In essence, urbancompetition is the competition of economic power. The ways to enhance the economic power, and to cultivatethe competitive advantage of Xuzhou are analyzed from three aspects, including the location-based advantage,the boundary advantage, and resource advantage. |
