摘    要:为评估汽车飞翼门开关门疲劳性能,利用惯性释放方法对车门进行slam分析.分析表明,惯性释放方法能快速、有效地再现车门slam过程中的应力响应,有利于在汽车开发前期预估车门结构性能,提高设计水平.

Abstract:To evaluate the switch fatigue performance of an automotive swing door, the slam analysis is performed by using the inertia relief method. The analysis indicates that inertia relief method can quickly and effectively reappear the door stress response in the slam process, and the simulation can predict door structure performance and improve its design level in the previous development stage.
