摘    要:采用缩水甘油(Glycido1)对脱细胞猪真皮基质(pADM)进行改性,通过对改性前后材料的接触角和吸湿动力学的研究,探寻改性前后材料亲水性能的变化.研究结果表明:pADM经缩水甘油改性后,材料的接触角降低.材料的吸湿动力学特征符合二级吸附动力学方程,表明吸湿过程属于多分子层吸附;且平衡吸附量随着改性剂用量的增加而提高...

Abstract:The contact angle and moisture adsorption of the porcine acellular dermal matrix(pADM) were mensurated after modified by Glycidol.The improvement of surface hydrophilicity was proved by the declined of contact angle in the surface of pADM.And the adsorption process could be characterized by the Second-Order Model of adsorption kinetic equation after kinetic analysis of moisture adsorption under RH85% and RH43%.The results inducated that the adsorption was belong to multilayer adsorption.The decreased contac...
