| 摘 要： | 毕业实习是高校人才培养中的重要环节,是大学生适应社会、适应工作岗位的有效磨合期,也是学生与就业单位双向选择的有利考察阶段.作好本科生的毕业实习,是提高人才培养质量的需要,是巩固校企长期友好合作的需要.本文就我校轻化工程专业毕业实习的重要性以及存在的不足提出了几点思考.
